Ok Else my friend. I am going to be totally honest about this. Its so easy to get stuck in the 'only giving good crits for the nice pics and not giving crits on images that you are not that keen on'
I have fallen into this frame of mind but now i am going to be more constructive. Even though at times the individual critic will not be able to do better there is still no harm in offering constructive crits. It is then left to the shooter to dissect the truth and assess the comments.

In light of your other images Else, this is not up to your usual standard in my honest opinion. Love me or hate me I am just being honest. It looks like a bunch of branches with no real focal point. Nice and sharp with reasonable bokeh but it does nothing for me as an image. There is no real interest for me as a viewer. Sometimes one can be caught at a solitary moment where the seemingly most insignificant of things becomes predominant in the minds eye. I have been there many times. But as a viewer this is not the case

At the risk of going off on a tangent about how many of my images are not up to the mark and pointless....and please don't take offence etc... All I ask you to do is take my opinion as it was intended with good cause and nature. There are many posts on this site and very rarely are there any real crits...mostly praise. You have taken some wonderful images..I repeat YOU HAVE TAKEN SOME WONDERFUL IMAGES! but this is not one of them in my opinion. People seem to not want to crit if they do not like the pic for fear of upsetting, I am one of them. I have posted some pics on here that I know are bloody awful but no-one crits. If its Bad or not quite up to scratch I would prefer it if people were honest. This way I can improve and learn.
