I'm with Pipex, i've always had a good service until recently but the last call I made I had to do a whole bunch of diagnostics which took days before a BT engineer was called to the switch. It's not fault of pipex, it's going to be a BT issue but BT will not tend to a problem unless the ISP have done their required tests and has got the customer to perform the required tests too.
Finding the time to go through all that again is putting me off but i'll have to do it soon.
The ironic thing is I work for an ISP but not able to get the services I'd like where I live!
